We want you to be completely satisfied with your CLAE purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
